Free Listings do have optional fee's to offer enhancements to FREE LISTINGS, but are not required to post your company and these options include but not limited to - Bold Headings, Email Links, Highlights, etc.... Free listings are received in many ways that include but not limited to verbal, fax, and email. Catastropheconnections.com, it's agents, affiliates will not be responsible for errors, distorted, resized images, copyrights, trademarks, infringements of any kind or any other liability of any kind as this is a free service.

4. Direct Sponsors - Ad Promotions - These are available to a company that chooses to list their company with added features and benefits. This is a PAID LISTING, This may be Products, Images, Detailed Descriptions of their Company, Contacts, Products and Services or could be determined by request from the Direct sponsor. The company must fill out a information form that will be sent to them by our webmaster and once the information is posted the company must review and notify our webmaster of any errors or changes within 48 hours of original post. Catastropheconnections.com, its agents, affiliates will not be responsible for any errors and will correct these upon notification from the company and/or representative. This type of listing is verified by the means of payment received, Credit Card approvals, and the required form that must be filled out with details of their required items including name, company name, address, city, state, zip and contact information.

Map Listings - This information is posted using only the information given by the company and will be part of the Direct Sponsors Listing Information Form that is filled out by the Company Requesting the Direct Sponsor Package. Posting of this information has the same requirements as Listed in # 4 Direct Sponsors.

Associations, Non Profits, Conference listings are FREE LISTINGS WITH DIRECT LINKS TO THEIR WEBSITES.  Catastropheconnections.com, it's agents, affiliates will not be responsible for errors, distorted, resized images, copyrights, trademarks, infringements, weblinks, hyperlinks, of any kind or any other liability since this is a free service and verification is not available for this type ad. Due to the different terms of many organizations that allow their members, affiliates or any other not listed the rights to use such materials for marketing and advertisements Catastropheconnections.com, it's affiliates, agents or representatives cannot be and will not be responsible for this listing and the associated items as listed above. To get these removed off of the website you must notify Catastropheconnections.com or Email Webmaster@catastropheconnections.com and request that we remove your information from the website, this request must be made without treats, compensation request, and waive all legal actions. Once we acknowledge we have received your request we will make all efforts to have this removed within 72 hours and guarantee your information will be removed within 96 hours after you received acknowledgment that your Request was received. You will be notified after the removal process is complete - You must include a name, email address or fax number so we can notify you once the item(s) have been removed. The Arbitrator will have the authority to grant injunctive relief and specific performance to enforce the terms of this EULA. Judgment on any award rendered by the Arbitrator may be entered in any Court of competent jurisdiction.

14.Severability If any term of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or contrary to law, it will be modified to the least extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining portions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any Legal Proceedings will be governed by the State of Tennessee and conducted in the State of Tennessee.

15.Search Engine Optimization - Our Site is Search Engine Optimized and every listing company is included in our website optimization. It is our goal to have ultimate Search Results when a User Searches an Item that is Related to our Listings.
